Only Child was founded on a simple premise: that the most honest fragrances are made not for an audience, but for the person wearing them.
I started Only Child because I was tired of fragrances performing for the room. Every formula I compose begins with a single question: does this reward the person wearing it when they're completely alone?
Our perfumer works slowly — often a year or more on a single composition. We don't release seasonally. We release when the work is ready.
